I am so excited to share about the power and love that God released and revealed at the Fan the Flame Revival on July 24th! God's holy presence, His glory and His goodness was filling the atmosphere and drawing hearts to the altar! The Worship was honoring to God and He revealed Himself to all of us through our worship to Him and through the transforming power that is in the Gospel!
To the left is a picture of the worship leader praying with a young man. There is nothing greater than seeing the Holy Spirit move in a person's heart! Tears of freedom and tears of joy are the reality as they are touched and transformed by His incredible love. God's presence and power opened up the hearts of two teenagers to receive His love to set them free from Satan's lies and from their past! Thank you Jesus!!
No matter what you have gone through in your life, God's love is tangible and the Holy Spirit will reveal Jesus to each one and make Him so REAL TO OUR HEARTS. Yield to His Spirit and gaze upon the beautiful act of His love for you on the cross!! He willingly and lovingly gave His life so we could have eternal life in Him! What an exchange! Satan's power was crushed by Jesus. He defeated Satan and his cohorts by His blood that poured out from His body that day at Calvary!!
Jesus has given us the Authority and Power over all the power of the enemy! Let's exercise this great gift in Christ to advance the kingdom of God and push back the gates of hell! The enemy has been defeated! For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12).
Finally be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power (Ephesians 6:10).
Let faith rise up in your heart and put into action your weapons of warfare: love, peace, praise, and prayer. Declare the infallible Word of God out loud! He will reveal Himself to us as we come to God in honesty and humility about what we are going through and how we truly feel. We need to speak to Him about our many trials, our hurts, and our regrets that are too deep to fix ourselves!
A desperation to know Him and to draw near to His love and His Word will enable us to believe He wants an intense loving relationship with us! We are valuable to God! His riches and treasures of wisdom and Truth are more valuable to us than all the riches the world will offer! The world offers false pleasures that are temporary, even if they satisfy for a moment. Seek Him for the true riches and treasures that are found in Christ!
My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge (Colossians 2:2-3).
Surrender and humility are the keys to encountering His still small voice. His light that captures our hearts draws us to living water. Times of refreshing! Many were set free at the revival, rededicating their lives to Christ. Many had a deep Revelation of His love!
Come out on August 7th to Fan the Flame Revival! We want to fan the flame of God, the great Gift of His Son that lives inside of us, to give Him glory, honor, and praise!!
